Meet the Team

I have experienced many facets of the logistics supply chain, working previously for a Shipping Line and UK Port Terminal. My experience gained in both operational environments has provided a strong foundation to supplement my current role as UK Forwarding Manager. I first joined Peters & May as the Group’s Business Analyst in 2008, which has given me a great insight into the company as a whole. Later, in 2015, I was promoted to UK General Manager responsible for both the Forwarding and Marine departments, before solely focusing on developing UK Forwarding in 2020 as the Company Management team was restructured. Our main focus in the Forwarding team is developing our relationships with our customers and maintaining our extremely high standards for customer service. My favourite part about working for Peters and May is the satisfaction of receiving feedback from clients that recognise the standard of service that Peters & May provide and sharing this with those in the team that were involved.

I started life as a freight forwarder 18 years ago and have experience in all transport modes for both imports and exports. I started at Peters and May in 2018 in a sea freight export role, during which time I have developed strong relationships with many of our key clients. My current role as Business Development Manager allows me to focus on customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. I have a particular interest in larger project cargo and am developing that side of our business.

My favourite part about working for Peters and May is the way that no day is ever the same, and having the chance to work closely with customers to improve and develop their businesses.
