Sea freight can be one of the more economical ways of moving your freight – however there are still multiple factors in determining the best type of shipment. For a smaller order you might prefer an LCL service, in which you share the container with multiple other shippers. For a faster service perhaps you would look at a full container shipment to minimize the waiting time and handling costs at either end. Perhaps you have cargo which does not fit into a standard container – in which case there are more options such as flat rack containers, or break bulk shipments.
